By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the zs77 platform available at zs77.onl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the zs77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zs77 platform and, if you have an existing account, contact zs77 customer support to request closure of your account.

In such cases, any funds deposited in good faith and not subject to bonus conditions will be returned to the originating payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or permit minors to use your account under any circumstances.

zs77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your zs77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be returned and the account flagged for review.

zs77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion on blockchain networks in the case of cryptocurrency transactions.

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the zs77 platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting advantage.
• Collusion with other players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the zs77 platform.

Players whose accounts are suspended for prohibited conduct will not be entitled to a refund of any bonus funds, and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation findings.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any zs77 software or game engine.
• Use zs77 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the zs77 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of zs77 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs77 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the zs77 platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond zs77's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or promotional terms made in accordance with these Terms.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform.

zs77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your zs77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs77 holds its international gaming operating licence.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through zs77's internal complaints procedure or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms made available under zs77's licensing obligations.

Nothing in this clause shall limit zs77's right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you are resident or where your conduct giving rise to a claim has occurred.
